Service Description

🤔 What is the focused conditioning class? - This class is a conditioning class focusing on strengthening specific muscle groups, creating better body awareness and muscle engagement. The goal is to create body awareness, “awaken” muscles and a better understanding of our body so we can use our muscles efficiently, and safely and avoid body compensation. Furthermore, by having more awareness, not only will we be more aware when we move, workout or pole - we will have more control in mobility and flexibility, creating an overall safe space for our body to train. 🤔 How will it benefit my pole training? Apart from building strength, this class aims for you to better understand how to use your body correctly and safely so you can achieve your pole goals safely and efficiently! We want longevity when it comes to poling, afterall, as we progress tricks become more extreme. We get frustrated at times about why we cannot get certain moves, why we keep getting injured etc By building a better understanding of your body, you will become more aware of how to use them efficiently to try out new tricks and get them in a safe manner!
